Using Coach Through Play
These Terms apply when you visit Coach Through Play website, create an account, purchase or receive a membership or use the platform. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for a club or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must tell us promptly if you believe it has been accessed without permission. Club administrators are responsible for managing invitations, roles and access within their workspace.
Memberships and payments
The price, billing period and features of your membership will be shown when you order or in a written offer. Any renewal and cancellation terms will be disclosed before purchase. You agree to pay the charges and applicable taxes shown to you. Refunds are provided where stated in the applicable offer or required by law.
Permitted use
We give you a limited, non-transferable right to use the platform and included resources for your own or your club's internal coaching activities while your access is active. You may use and print session materials for the coaches and teams you support.
You may not resell or republish our resources, copy or systematically download substantial parts of the service, bypass security controls, access another user's or club's data without permission, upload harmful material, interfere with the platform, break the law or use the service to violate another person's rights.
Content and ownership
Coach Through Play owns or licenses the platform, design, trademarks, software and resources it provides. You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You give us permission to host, process, display and transmit that content as needed to operate and support the service. You must have the right to use anything you upload.
Coaching resources
Our resources provide general coaching and planning support. They do not replace your judgment, supervision, safeguarding procedures, risk assessment, medical advice or the rules of your club, league or governing body. You are responsible for adapting activities to your circumstances and using them safely.
Availability and account closure
We may update, maintain, suspend or change the service. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. You may stop using the service or cancel according to your membership terms. We may suspend or close an account for nonpayment, misuse, security risks or serious or repeated violations of these Terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee a particular coaching, development or business result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coach Through Play is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted here with an updated effective date. If a material change affects an active paid membership, we will provide reasonable notice where required.
